If your request is not on the list, and the sheet music can be found online, on the spot, then you will still get your request – this is #YourMusicYourWay!
The short answer is happily – yes, although there are a couple of requirements needed when playing electrical equipment outside, regardless of how the weather is expected to be on your day. You or your venue needs to provide a small covering of some description such as a gazebo to cover the performance area. The pianos and speakers used can comfortably fit in an area around 7ft x 5ft as a minimum. In addition, whilst extension cables are carried, a single power point needs to be provided as near as possible to the performance area. Music Newcastle reserves the right to ask for additional precautions to be taken on the day if there is any potential risk to the safety of both performer(s) and guests.
Yes – up to £10 million through the Musicians’ Union, and evidence of this can be provided on request.

Yes, this is no problem. All you need to do is allow 10-15 minutes in your schedule for this, depending on how far apart the areas are.
Yes – this can be done by either phone, Skype, via an emailed recording, or at a consultation at Music Newcastle in Blyth, Northumberland.
Booking fees to reserve your date start at just £100, with the balance of your payment not due until no later than 30 days before your event.
The preferred payment method is BACS transfer. Cash, cheque and Paypal are alternative methods although small additional charges may apply.
Thank you! Soft drinks are always requested as part of the terms and conditions of a confirmed booking. Food is not essential, although appreciated if there is a long enough gap in your booking.
